Having read the Gita 10 years ago, and the Mahabharata, both were Chinese, could not grasp a single line.
The Gita , this marvelous song of The Lord, life, joy. Is so pleasant to hear , listen and let it sink into your cells, vibrate with its profound beauty, resonance , touches your soul, and yet gives you concrete step by step understanding of human mechanisms, that no matter what we do, are reset by “default”. Unless our constant vigilant attention to the Lord, life, and joy.
Listening carefully to the Gita every day, the song of the soul. It is still difficult to read the Gita. So leaving the verses aside for the moment, The Mahabharata unfolds like petals, and drops of knowledge. I read it slowly , as I fear I will finish it too soon.
So grateful to finally understand “Chinese”.
